Human rights activist, Deji Adeyanju has accused Nigerian Government of planting weapons in the home of Yoruba freedom fighter, Sunday Adeyemi, popularly often known as  Sunday Igboho.

Deji disclosed this in a tweet the place he condemned the killing of two individuals in Igboho’s residence by authorities’s safety brokers.

He additionally stated Igboho needs to be grateful that authorities brokers planted solely weapons and never bombs in his home.

“Igboho needs to be thanking God that it’s only weapons they planted in his home and never bombs.

“This hopeless government killed 2 people in Igboho’s house and they are acting like they didn’t committed any crime today,” he said.

Briefing newsmen on the operation on Thursday night, DSS spokesperson, Peter Afunanya urged Igboho to report himself to the nearest police station.

He said no one is above the law of the land, while adding that those apprehended at his residence would be charged to court.

The secret police also paraded no fewer than 12 suspects arrested during the joint operation.

Some of the items allegedly carted away from his house include passports, charms, guns and dollars.

At least 10 autos belonging to the self-styled activist, together with his G-wagon, Prado SUVs, and invaluable properties, furnishings, and home windows have been destroyed.

Blood was splattered on the ground and the partitions of the his buildings have been riddled with bullet holes.
