Herdsmen Invade Farms In Ondo, Chase Away Farmers As Amotekun Seizes 42 Cows

Heavily armed Fulani herdsmen  chased away some native farmers in Alagbaka extension space of Ondo State after destroying their farmlands. 

Adetunji Adeleye, Commander of the Ondo State Security Network Agency, codenamed “Amotekun Corps”, disclosed in an interview on Tuesday. 

Adeleye revealed that over eight separate farmlands with crops similar to maize and cassava have been destroyed by the Fulani herdsmen.

“On seeing the house owners of the affected farmlands, the closely armed herders tried to kill them however the farmers ran for his or her expensive lives,” he stated.

The Amotekun Corps bought wind of the incident following the studies made by the helpless farmers.
