A 3-year-old woman has been kidnapped by gunmen across the Second Gate axis of the Nigerian Army Barracks, alongside Ondo street, Akure in Ondo State.
It was gathered that the woman was kidnapped from her home round 8pm on Wednesday, shortly after arriving from a church programme along with her mom.
According to Daily Post, the mom, Taiwo Fashina, defined that the abductors who have been two in quantity and armed with a gun had trailed her residence.
Fashina who mentioned that the gunmen arrived in an unregistered Mercedes automotive after she had opened her gate, famous that the gunmen threatened to shoot her if she refused handy over her automotive key.
She mentioned “They asked me to lie on the ground so I could not look up, but faintly I saw one of them carrying something, but I just thought they were carrying a bag and I didn’t know whether it was my baby girl they carried.
“They used masks to cover their noses and mouths and asked me not to shout. They didn’t go in the car; they only went with the car key. I was calling; Mary, where are you? I then noticed that I didn’t see the girl; that was when I started shouting and people came around.”
