The Ogun Command of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has warned members of the general public who’re keen on utilizing authorities registration quantity plates of their autos to commit crime to desist from such act so as to not face the wrath of the regulation.

Mr Umar Ahmed, the Ogun Sector Commander of FRSC, gave the warning in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday,in Ota, Ogun.

Ahmed stated FRSC personnel had arrested drivers of para-military autos, business bus drivers, drivers of presidency, state and native authorities autos, amongst others, who violated site visitors rules in addition to those that used authorities registration quantity plates in disguise.

“Any offender who violated government registration number plates or any impounded vehicles would be handed over to the police for further investigation.” he stated.
