Some residents of Nasarawa State have  expressed confidence in President Muhammadu Buhari’s governent to handle the varied challenges going through the nation.

Some of the residents who spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday stated  that the President’s Independence Day broadcast, bearing on the achievements within the varied sectors was fairly reassuring.

They, nevertheless, urged the Federal Governent to extend the tempo, particularly on safety and the financial system.

Mr Malle Moses, a resident in Keffi, stated that the administration had carried out creditably in agriculture, well being, training, transport and youth empowerment by the varied intervention programmes.

“I am confident that Mr President has the political will to take this country to greater height based on the achievement so far.

“I want to appeal to Mr President not to relent in taking new measures towards addressing insecurity in the country,” he stated.
