A member representing Nasarawa Central within the state House of Assembly, Hon. Ismail  Danbaba, has been kidnapped by suspected kidnappers

The Lawmaker who was reportedly kidnapped yesterday night in Sanga Local authorities of Kaduna State is claimed to have been on his method to Jos, Plateau state for a Legislative workshop billed for at present  Sunday when he was kidnapped.

Chairman, House of Assembly Committee on info, Hon. Muhammed Adamu Omadefu who confirmed the kidnapping of the House member on Saturday night completely advised Vanguard that the abductors of the Lawmaker have  already established contact with some members of the victims family and associates.

He added that as at this morning, the abductors had been but to make calls for for ransom. When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Nasarawa Command, ASP Ramhan Nansel mentioned the command was but to be told.

The Police spokesman nevertheless mentioned the incident befell in Kaduna and never in Nasarawa.

When Vanguard type to verify the kidnapping, the Kaduna  police Command PPRO promised to offer Vanguard with the mandatory  info when a  affirmation  is obtained in regards to the alleged abduction.

As on the time of filling this report, there was no affirmation from the Kaduna state Command on the incident.
